Catermas Land Division specialises in crane rental business comprising of crawler cranes and rough terrain cranes. Many of our cranes are equipped with data loggers. We undertake periodic review of our crane fleet, ensuring that the existing fleet meet customer and regulatory requirements by adding new assets, and disposing of older assets.
Our services include a 24 hours standby response team, the setting up and maintenance of various models of cranes in our fleet.
Crawler Crane
The crawler crane has a lattice boom mounted on an undercarriage fitted with a set of crawler tracks that provide both mobility and stability on both even and undulating terrains. Wide tracks help distribute the weight over a greater area and are far better than wheels at traversing soft ground without sinking. As such, it is also capable of travelling with a load, which means it can move within job locations easily and perform lifting with minimal set-up. For the larger crawler crane, we usually have to have it disassembled into boom and cab and moved by trucks to its next location.
Typically, crawler cranes ranges in lifting capacity from about 40-3500 tons. In our case for Catermas, we have crawler cranes in Singapore of the range of 150-400 tons that can help with your lifting solutions.
